Wake up in this ocean view apartment located on the second floor. The calmness this beautiful city of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea brings is one of a kind. This apartment is perfect for 3 people as it has one king size bed & a full size pullout couch. Feel free to use the grills throughout the building and the pool on-site. Parking is included for one vehicle, note it first comes first serve. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pharmacy & more.

The space

You will park in the parking spots in front of the building. It is first come first serve. The unit is with beach view so you will be on the East side of the building. There is also a pool on the East/South side. The unit inside is very spacious and has the basic amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. A fully equipped kitchen that will get you through all your meals and a closet if you need to hang anything.

Guest access

The single item that is private will be the cleaning crew storage that is inside the closet with a lock. Everything else is accessible for you as a guest. The pool, beach, grills on premises and the hammock that is right outside your unit, on the sand. These are all shared with the community as they are on-site for those residing at the time.

Other things to note

This particular building is very quiet but just a few blocks south you will find lively restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors where you will find families and tourists. A lot of locals also visit this city as it is so family friendly and unique. There is a pier you can also walk to, and it is very well known for snorkeling.
